Save data from a contact form

The information you enter in a contact form on this website is used exclusively by StretchtentFactory for the purpose for which you submitted it, such as requesting information about our services, requesting a quote or booking an appointment. This information is not shared with third parties. Only the information you provide is stored: name, surname, e-mail, organization, phone number and the message you send us. No other information is collected.

The data will be stored for a maximum of two years and then deleted. During that two-year period, you can also request the deletion or amendment of your data; This request will always be processed.

This data is stored solely in our CRM system, Silvasoft, and as a backup on this website. Both systems are secure and comply with privacy regulations. We have a data processing agreement with our suppliers.

1. General. We maintain digital files of our customers and business contacts. We may process personal data from these files. We do this to fulfill agreements signed with our customers and (if no such agreement exists) to receive orders. We can also receive personal data via the contact form on our website.
2. What personal data? The personal data we process primarily includes the name and address of our customers, their telephone numbers, the content of completed contact forms, images, telephone numbers, email addresses for contact persons and agreements.
3. Disclosure to third parties. We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless it is necessary or useful for the purposes described in the section 1.
4. Our suppliers or service providers. To process personal data, we use software or data storage provided by one or more third parties, to whom they may also provide support services. The customer’s personal data is kept for 6 years after the last contact or termination of a service agreement. For tax data, we apply the storage periods established by the Dutch tax authorities. Personal data that is processed with consent is saved as long as it is valid. The data from a completed contact form is saved for a maximum of 2 years. Email is saved for 10 years.

If a personal data breach is likely to pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify the data subject of the personal data breach without undue delay.
